Dominik Guzei

Dominik Guzei is working with web technologies since 2008 and holds an BSc in Computer Science from Salzburg University of Applied Sciences, where he studied Multi Media Technology, specializing on web & communities. He has a deep understanding of Javascript and his passion is writing clean, well-tested and maintainable code that is easy to understand and extend. Since he is also a graphics designer, Dominik has great feeling for UI design patterns and crafting unique user experiences.

Alexander Rukin holds a Master Degree in Computer Science from Saint-Petersburg (Russia) National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics ITMO. He worked in FastPrint, Lapka, Yandex, Machine Learning Works. His passion is clean and stunning designs.
Danilo Prates

Danilo Prates worked for nine years at tech companies in the UK, US, and Brazil, before joining IOHK in 2018. In 2021 he moved from development into the Product Owner role. He has a background in User Experience and Marketing and holds a bachelor's degree in advertising.
Gabriela Ponce

Gabriela Ponce has worked as a software tester and quality assurance engineer on various projects since 2014. She is constantly looking for ways to improve her skills and is always interested in exchanging approaches to improve the quality of the product. Gabriela is an amateur photographer who also enjoys travel, reading, and baking. She joined IOHK in 2019.

Manus McCole holds a postgraduate diploma in enterprise application development from the Letterkenny Institute of Technology. He began working as a quality assurance engineer in the financial sector in 2016 and joined IOHK three years later. Manus has a particular interest in test automation and how advances in artificial intelligence and machine learning are shaping its future. He is passionate about blockchain and its potential as a global store of value.
Tomislav Horaček

Tomislav Horaček has been working with web technologies since 2011 and holds a master of computer engineering degree from the University of Osijek, Croatia. He started his professional career as a backend PHP developer and moved to frontend development when he discovered Javascript frameworks such as ReactJS. These remain his main focus to this day. Tomislav has a passion for writing modular, component-based code that is independent, reusable and easy to extend. He joined IOHK in 2019.
Daniel Main

Daniel Main started coding right after getting his degree as a computer science engineer in 2002. Mottos such as ‘Do one thing and do it well’ and ‘Less is more’ are etched into Daniel’s thinking as a software engineer. He joined IOHK in 2021, having spent five years coding in React and React Native. Daniel is qualified as a Solidity smart contract developer as well.

He joined IOHK in 2021, having spent the previous 10 years working in quality assurance roles, as an engineer, team leader, and test manager in the financial sector. Dmitrii really enjoys the process of creating, testing and improving applications, and prefers non-standard testing approaches to obtain a maximum quality level. In his spare time, Dmitrii enjoys video games and reading crypto news.

Marius Bock

Marius Bock is a technical project manager from Cape Town who joined IOHK in 2021. He started his career as a software developer solving mathematical problems using the APL programming language. Marius became a project manager to address the risks from the Year 2000 problem – the Millennium Bug – and has developed in the role since then. He has delivered financial and payments-based projects all around the world, including China, Ethiopia, South Africa, and most of Europe. Marius went down the cryptocurrency rabbit hole in 2015 and runs his own Bitcoin node. In his spare time, he plays golf or goes hiking in the mountains.

Przemysław Włodek started his IT career in 2014. He quickly fell in love with modern web technologies, community, and things that can be accomplished with it. Holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Cracow University of Technology. As a part of his Bachelor’s degree thesis, he created his first Progressive Web Application before it became a mainstream practice. Przemysław is still primarily focused on web technologies and especially JavaScript (TypeScript) but is able to solve problems with different tools, programming languages, and patterns.
